The Performance Driven Corporate Social Responsibility Program connects individual and team business performance to charitable giving. Through the PD-CSR Program, we form a set of Charitable Contribution Teams of 4 or more people who are interested in a particular charitable area (e.g. education and youth development, environmental sustainability, community development, disaster relief and emergency aid, hunger and food security, water and sanitation, animal welfare, arts and culture, etc.). They pick a specific charity in the area that they have a common interest in giving back to. Through our 90-Day Business Operational Game System, we associate weekly accomplishments (including completing their top 3 work commitments for the week, doing their Well-Being Game Habit for the week, winning the Weekly MVP Award, etc.) with a certain point value. At the end of each week, each Charitable Contribution Team has a PD-CSR Points total. The team with the highest points total each week gets to donate a predetermined amount of money (determined by the company in the range of $100 to $1,000) to their charity of choice sponsored by the company.

Each Personal Well-Being Game is 5 weeks long. The first week kicks off with our Well-Being Health Map Survey and Game Creation Process, then 4 weeks of Well-Being Game playing (including new habit building, all-staff sharing and training sessions, and personalized support), capping each cycle off with our Game Completion Process to bring things to a powerful close.
