In this episode, we look at how the mind and consciousness can partner to consciously create what you want in your life. We look at how, through meditation, we can start to see how our mind works… our trips, our fears, our desires, etc. And from this more aware state, have a new way to choose – not from fear and desire… but from awareness. And when this happens we are are able to make choices with better perspective. This is where freedom is.
